Processing Time
All items at Hoodrat Mfg. are custom made to order. Processing times depend upon customer communication and agreements for production before shipping. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or for complex customizations. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Timeframes
After production, shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier's possession.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery window) to file a claim.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Hoodrat Mfg. is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. We will assist in locating delayed shipments and filing insurance claims where applicable.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international customers: buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. Hoodrat Mfg. is not liable for delays related to customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Local pickup may be available for customers in or near Menifee, California. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability and schedule a pickup appointment.
